To help with the summer celebrating - we are offering FREE BLEACH to make those smiles even happier!
To qualify you must start orthodontic treatment between June 1st and August 30th. You must tell the office on the day you begin treatment that you want the \"Ultimate Chetlin Smile\".
Then when you finish treatment we will provide you with the bleach to make that happen.
(This does not apply to persons already in treatment.) This is for new starts only!!!!!
